The Ozark Warehouse is an event venue located at 105 East Avenue North, in downtown Ozark, Alabama. It occupies the old Dunn Warehouse, a brick structure built in the late 1800’s as a cotton warehouse. The renovation left the brick walls and massive wooden rafters exposed. The total space is approximately 6300 square feet, although the open common area is approximately 4500 square feet. There is comfortable room for 225 people seated. In addition, there is adjacent outside a 700 square feet deck. The facility, including restrooms and deck, is handicap accessible. There is ample on-street and off-street municipal parking within two blocks of the warehouse.
